License Terms
Stock Footage by Ryan license, version 1(stock-footage-by-ryan-license-v1)
Each clip you purchase is licensed per clip, per client project. The license covers the project you have in mind today and reasonable derivatives of that same project. It does not cover unrelated future projects.
What you can do
- Use the clip in the main project or video the license was bought for.
- Use it in cutdowns, social versions, paid ads, and other derivatives of that same project.
- Share the clip with your editor, agency, or production partner for use on the licensed project only.
What you cannot do
- Reuse the clip in unrelated future projects without buying a new license.
- Resell or redistribute the clip as a standalone file.
- Upload the clip to another stock footage site or asset library.
- Claim authorship or ownership of the clip.
- Share the raw master file outside the licensed project team.
Files and access
Preview files are free, watermarked, low-resolution, and public. No account is required to download a preview.
Master files are paid, high-resolution, and private. You can download the master only after a successful Stripe payment, while signed in to the same account that placed the order.
Master download access expires 30 days after purchase. Keep a local copy if you need the file long-term; the license itself does not expire for the licensed project, but re-downloading the master after the 30-day window is not available.
License duration
Once purchased, the license for the specific licensed project does not expire. You can keep using the clip in that project — including its cutdowns and derivatives — indefinitely. Only the master download window is time-limited.
